We offer a future-mobility portfolio spanning vehicle-body, battery, and aluminum components.

We manufacture a wide range of stamped metal parts for vehicle bodies, including brackets, reinforcements, panels, and supports.

We provide metal structural components and assembly technology that securely support and protect batteries in electrified vehicles.

We apply specialized forming technology to aluminum, a key material for lightweight vehicle bodies.
We review materials, geometry, fastening methods, and inspection standards according to mounting location and performance requirements.
We produce brackets, panels, rails, and reinforcements that support body rigidity and assembly precision.
We are expanding our capabilities in metal structural parts that securely support and protect batteries and electrical systems.
We combine stamped parts and hardware to supply components ready for direct use in vehicle assembly processes.

Our production scope is based on actual press capacity, material-feeding specifications, welding methods, and high-mix manufacturing experience.
Blanking, progressive, and tandem processes form body and chassis parts in a range of materials and thicknesses.
Coil material is supplied to continuous press processes according to the required feed width.
Spot, projection, and robot CO₂ welding are combined with nut and bolt fastening processes.
High-mix production covers reinforcements, rails and members, panels, brackets, and small components.
Even small dimensional deviations in body parts can affect assembly and overall vehicle quality. We control press conditions according to material characteristics and product geometry, while welded parts are checked for fastening position, weld strength, and appearance.
First-, mid-, and last-piece inspections identify changes during production. Product-specific stacking and packaging standards also help prevent damage during shipment.
PARTS & INSPECTIONControl items and inspection intervals are defined according to product characteristics and customer requirements.

Each stage—from raw material receipt through stamping, welding, inspection, and shipment—is controlled to defined process and quality standards.
